Design Coordinator

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

MUST REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management OR structural Engineering
• Education background of B.tech or B.E will be preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Problem solving & Client management skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting directly to the project manager on a day-to-day basis
• Attending technical meetings atsite,reporting technicalsite problemsto design office,
  resolving site related design problems, preparing minutes of technical meetings.
• Coordination with client and design office, preparation of daily site reports.
• Co-ordination with design team fortimely submission and compliances.
